How much does it cost to become a founding member?
Nothing extra — reserving your spot simply means paying your first month at your chosen tier's price today. That single payment includes your founding member bonus, no separate fee.
When does my membership actually start?
Your first month is charged today to set your founding rate. Your membership activates January 1, which is when you can book your first appointment and start using your Seeds. That payment covers your January membership in advance, so your next payment will come out on February 1.

Your payment today pays for your January membership in advance, so your next payment will come out on February 1. From there, your membership continues month to month.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — you can move up or down in tier anytime after launch.
Can I see providers virtually?
Many of our naturopathic doctors, dietitians, and mind-body therapists see DFW members virtually. In-person visits are based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Reservations are processed securely through Stripe — Clove never sees or stores your card details.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Reach out to hello@clovewellness.co before December 31 and we’ll refund your founding reservation in full.
What if I run out of Seeds mid-month?
Members can add extra Seeds at preferred member rates whenever they need a little more care in a given month.
How does family sharing work?
On Plus and Premium plans, you can share your membership with up to three family members. Everyone books from the same Seed balance under one simple bill.
Is there a signup fee or contract?
No signup fees and no long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Is Clove insurance?
No — Clove is a wellness membership, not health insurance, which is exactly why the pricing stays simple and transparent.
